Chambers Family Fund: Priorities and Grants

Chambers Family Fund invests time, expertise and funding in organizations that are aligned with our mission. We seek opportunities to invest in organizations working within our priority areas: Early Care and Education of Children, Women’s Economic Self-Sufficiency, Democratic Values and Arts and Culture.

In addition to our priority areas, we award community grants at the initiative of the family trustees. Our community support provides an avenue for their individual interests. Generally, these grants are made for unique, one-time funding opportunities or for ongoing support to educational and religious organizations. Community support is given to organizations in which the family takes an active interest or has an established connection.

Early Care and Education of Children We improve early care and education by partnering with organizations that are leaders in changing systems, educating the public and advocating for children and their future. Learn more about Early Care and Education of Children
Women's Economic Self-Sufficiency We seek to make sustained change by supporting systemic and policy efforts to improve women’s incomes, job security and their ability to provide adequately for their families. Democratic Values We support groups working to strengthen democratic values by funding research, public education and advocacy.
